Our 40" foil number balloons can be filled with either helium or air, fill with helium for them to float or with air and suspend them from the ceiling! (tabs on both top and bottom of number allow for them to be helium or air filled)! Great for those special birthdays 18th 21st even 100!

All balloons are sent uninflated but if you're local please give us a call and we can organise some helium filled balloons and arrangements for collection or delivery to suit your party needs!
