Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days of despatch and we will refund you.

Standard Delivery
You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.  If you require an express delivery, please contact us on 01763 236223 before ordering!

Free Collection from our Shop
If you live locally and would like to collect your order from our shop in Royston, Herts please call beforehand to ensure your order is ready and no charge will be made. Please allow two working days for your order to be processed.

 * Please note Working days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. The above delivery dates are for mainland addresses and should only be used as a guide. They are updated daily and are pretty accurate for most parts of the country but if you live in a remote area or in the Highlands or Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.
